We run the numbers
What does buying gold actually cost? We run the numbers every day.
Each experiment is a question about cost, answered from the prices dealers publish, recomputed with every collection run. One paragraph of method each, written once. No forecasts, no recommendations; the answers are measured costs with a time on them.

What these experiments are not
They say what things cost, not what the price will do. They cannot tell you whether to own gold or silver, and we do not. Published prices move during the day and dealers can refuse or reprice, so a gap in the data is a measurement, not an offer. Capital at risk. Not financial advice.
